Why us

Why Choose Us for Electrochemical Oxidation Wastewater Treatment

We’re not a single-product electrode vendor — we’re a full electrochemical oxidation wastewater treatment company spanning three connected pillars: engineered solutions matched to your specific stream and industry, engineering services that carry a project from characterization through commissioned equipment, and a full product range from electrode materials through commercial-scale systems. Electrode fabrication, including our boron-doped diamond work, is one part of that range — not the whole of what we do.

Pillar #1

Solutions matched to your stream, not a generic default

Every recommendation starts from your specific industry and pollutant profile, not a one-size configuration adapted after the fact. Our Applications pages cover the industries EO shows up most often, our eleven pollutant-specific pages rate compound-specific treatment fit honestly — including where a different technology serves you better — and our EO Go/No-Go Checklist gives you an honest go/not-sure/no-go read before you invest in bench testing.

Pillar #2

Engineering services carried through to commissioned equipment

A twelve-phase process takes a project from wastewater characterization through process design, reactor engineering, system development, installation, and long-term support. Where you’d rather not coordinate separate engineering, equipment, and construction contracts yourself, our Custom EPC Delivery carries the whole scope under one accountable team.

Full-cycle process

Twelve phases from initial characterization through commissioned, operating equipment — not a design handoff to separate parties.

Single-source accountability

Custom EPC Delivery: design, equipment procurement, and installation under one contract and one accountable team.

Pillar #3

A full product range, not a single material line

Our equipment range covers the full path from initial treatability testing through commercial-scale deployment. Electrode materials — both boron-doped diamond for genuinely refractory compounds and mixed metal oxide for chloride-mediated applications — are manufactured in-house and matched to your specific matrix, not sold as a single default across every stream.

Electrode Materials

BDD and MMO, manufactured in-house and matched to your matrix — see our Electrode Materials Comparison for the selection logic.

Trial & Bench Modules

Cost-effective electrolytic cells for trial-scale testing and treatability evaluation ahead of pilot commitment — see EO Trial Modules and EO Bench Modules.

Pilot Modules

Skid-mounted systems for on-site pilot-scale validation before commercial design — see EO Pilot Modules.

Commercial EO System

Full-flow commercial deployment — see the full range on our Products page.

What backs the product range

In-house electrode fabrication, not a resold component

Boron-doped diamond film synthesis via chemical vapor deposition is genuinely difficult to get consistently right, and we manufacture our own electrodes rather than sourcing them from a third party — which is part of why our systems can be matched to your specific matrix rather than built around whatever electrode a supplier happens to stock. See our About Us page for the full manufacturing capability behind this.

Beyond the removal-efficiency curve

What changes physically between trial and commercial equipment

Scaling an EO system isn’t only a question of whether the removal-efficiency curve holds at higher flow — it’s also a hardware question. Electrode surface area has to scale in a way that maintains adequate mass transfer, not just adequate total active area, and the operational parameters that were fixed or ignored at trial scale — current density, conductivity, flow rate, and residence time — all need to be revisited as genuine design variables at commercial scale.

Thermal management becomes a real design constraint

Commercial-scale continuous operation generates heat loads a trial or bench unit never has to manage — integrated cooling system design is standard on commercial equipment precisely because heat buildup at sustained high current can degrade electrode coating life and shift the cell-voltage balance in ways that look like a chemistry problem but are actually a thermal management gap.

What you’re actually buying

It's not just the electrode, it's systematic engineering

An electrode is only as good as the system engineered around it, and the honest answer about whether electrochemical oxidation is even the right technology for your stream. That’s why our Custom EPC Delivery model exists, and why our Technology Comparison pages state plainly where EO is the right fit against fourteen alternative approaches — and where it isn’t.

Single-source accountability

Custom EPC Delivery carries your project from characterization through commissioned equipment under one contract.

Honesty about fit, not just capability

Fourteen head-to-head technology comparisons, published openly, including where a different approach serves you better.

Proof on real effluent, not synthetic samples

See our Case Studies for documented results on actual pharmaceutical, electroplating, and industrial manufacturing wastewater.

Who relies on us

Trusted by research institutions and industrial operators

Our electrodes, systems, and engineering services serve two distinct customer bases: research institutes and universities running electrochemistry and environmental-treatment research, and industrial operators and environmental engineering firms deploying our solutions on real production wastewater. That dual base matters — our fabrication and system design are held to the reproducibility standard research applications demand, not just the durability standard industrial deployment requires.

Common questions

Before you reach out

Do you offer full engineering services, or just equipment?

Both — you can purchase equipment directly, or engage our full Engineering Services process and Custom EPC Delivery model for a complete, accountable project scope.

Can I test before committing to a commercial system?

Yes — our Trial and Bench Modules exist specifically for treatability testing ahead of any larger commitment, following the bench-before-pilot-before-commercial sequence covered on our Engineering Services pages.

How do I know if BDD or MMO is right for my stream?

It depends on your target compound and matrix chemistry — see our Electrode Materials Comparison for the mechanism-level answer, or send us your water profile directly.

Ready to see what a full-scope EO solution can do for your stream?

Share your water profile and we’ll assess treatability and recommend the right starting point — a specific product, a bench trial, or a full engineering engagement.
