Engineering Services: Technical Service & Support

Technical Support Toward EO Processes

When cell voltage starts trending the wrong direction at 2 a.m. on a Saturday, the question isn’t whether we offer support — it’s how fast someone with the right expertise picks up.

Explore how Evoaeo engineering team deliver technical support on your whole journey of utilizing eletro oxidation wastewater treatment procsses.

Response tiers

How a support request is handled

Support requests are triaged into three severity tiers, each with a stated response-time commitment: a Tier 1 issue — a process alarm affecting discharge compliance or a full system shutdown — gets a response within 4 hours; a Tier 2 issue — degraded performance or an intermittent alarm not yet affecting compliance — gets a response within 1 business day; a Tier 3 issue — a routine operating question or a scheduling request — gets a response within 2–3 business days. Every support contract specifies these commitments in writing rather than leaving them as an informal expectation.

Escalation path

From remote diagnosis to a site visit

Most support cases resolve remotely — a parameter adjustment, a control-logic correction, or confirming an alarm is a false trip from a sensor drift rather than a real process issue. Where remote diagnosis isn’t sufficient, escalation follows a defined path: the assigned support engineer consults with the original design engineer on the project within the same tier’s response window, and if a site visit is warranted, dispatch is scheduled against the same severity tier — a compliance-affecting Tier 1 issue moves to on-site dispatch within 24–48 hours depending on location, well ahead of a lower-priority case.

Engineering note

A rising trend in cell voltage at constant current is one of the most useful early-warning signals available and often gets caught during a routine support review before an operator notices anything at the panel — it’s usually the first sign of electrode fouling or scaling, well ahead of any visible performance loss.

Spare parts

Keeping consumables on hand before you need them

Support contracts can include a stocked spares kit sized to your system: typically a full set of probe replacements (pH, ORP, conductivity), pump seal and diaphragm kits matched to the recirculating loop, gasket sets for the electrode stack, and one set of critical PLC I/O modules where the automation package includes them. We size that kit against your electrode life and consumable replacement schedule rather than shipping a generic parts list, so a routine failure doesn’t turn into unplanned downtime waiting on a shipment.
