EOPM02 employs electrochemical advanced oxidation treatment methods, this integrated pilot modular water treatment system consist of two sets of advanced oxidation module electrolyzer ME21424, made of four complete electrode assembly and module unit with 28 pieces of boron doped diamond electrodes and 32 pieces of titanium electrodes, with a sealed active electrode area up to 16800 cm2, and accessories such as electrlytic cells, filters, pipes and power supply, temperature and protection units. EOPM02 is a stand alone modular wastewater treatment system ready for relocating and installation to existing wastewater treatment facilities, as it requires comparatively smaller space than conventional water treatment system, energy efficiency, and unparalleled treatment efficiency. EOPM02 is designed to mineralize recalcitrant organic pollutants from mg/L to ppb levels, remove COD and coloration from industrial wastestreams, which makes it an ideal equipment for tertiary treatment processes and electrochemical advanced oxidation process to enhance biodegradability of waste stream, therefore it could be adopted to pretreatment prior to conventional treatment methods.

Electrochemical wastewater treatment is a new approach to treat industrial effluents, advanced oxidation water treatment system EOPM02 is designed for highly concentrated, high salinity, highly toxic, industrial effluents. EOPM02 is designed to enhance treatment efficiency based on the electrochemical advanced oxidation processes (EAOP) technology used in ME21424, thanks to large sealed active area, high circular flow rate, and superb efficiency with electrochemical generation of active oxidizing agents such as hydroxyl radicals, hydrogen peroxide, Ozone and etc, these oxidizing agents have much higher oxidation pontentials than conventional oxidizing agents, given their non-selective oxidative nature, hydroxyl radicals can mineralize refractory organic pollutants found in industrial wastewater.
