After boron doped diamond electrode fabrication processes via Hot-Filament Chemical Vapor Deposition (HFCVD), we conduct check on substrates, sizes, performances within our integrated laboratory to ensure that we will deliver advanced oxidation treatment products with solid performances and premium quality.
And research and data analysis of advanced oxidation water treatment products rages from trial scale, bench scale, up to pilot scale, were also conducted here since day one.
We run testing and experiments on advanced oxidation process at different scales in the integrated laboratory while fabricating advanced oxidation electrode materials, and advanced oxidation water treatment products development and integrations. And we adopt different voltages, applied current, electrode distances, electrolyte contents, and various flow rate, and parameters affect the electrochemical generation of active oxidizing agents degrade refractory organic compounds, or increase the biodegradeability of waste streatms.
Integrated laboratory handles free water profile analysis as we are collecting on-site treatment testing within different manufacturing facilities from different industries, and water treatment plants, we fetch water samples from the sources we mentioned above, and run advanced oxidation processes treatment testing, emit the results to the counterparts.
