Electrochemical wastewater treatment is a new approach to treat industrial effluents, advanced oxidation water treatment system EQ172S is designed for highly concentrated, high salinity, highly toxic, industrial effluents.                                                                                        EQ175S generates powerful oxidizing agents such as hyroxyl radicals, hydrogen peroxide, Ozone and weaker oxidants in bulk, near the surface of boron doped diamond BDD electrode. As we mentioned within content about properties and advantages of boron doped diamond electrode, large potential window massively increase the hydrogen and oxygen evolutions, which eventually enhance the efficiency of electrochemical generation of various oxidizing agents, these oxidizing agents have much higher oxidation reduction pontentials than regular oxidizing agents, given their non-selective oxidative nature, hydroxyl radical and hydrogen peroxide can mineralize refractory organic pollutants found in industrial wastewater.

The electro-oxidation water treatment system EQ175S employs several modular electrolyzers ME21424, with a sealed active area up to 16800 cm2, at the core part of EQ175S, there are 4 sets of electrode assemblies, each electrode assembly consisting 7 pieces of boron doped diamond electrodes and 8 pieces of titanium electrodes.                                                                                                  With a sealed active area up to 16800 cm2, our robust wastewater water treatment system become an electrochemical reactor, which offer extremely high oxidizing agents concentration which mineralize recalcitrant organic compounds then achieve efficient water remediation. EQ175S emits a bio-refractory organic compounds removal up to 99%, and a 75-100% removal rate toward total nitrogen, cyanogen, colorization and phosphorusremove, according to previous onsite treatability test and projects.
